If you are not satisfied with any Slim Pickens steak, meat, or seafood call or email us within one business day of receipt and we will be happy to replace your order or provide a refund. Have your order number available. Unfortunately, we do not accept returned orders because our products are perishable. Also, we do not refund shipping costs once an order has been shipped.
You may change or cancel your order anytime prior to the cut-to-order process (approximately 6 a.m. the following business day). Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. MT.
